The signing of the rental reservation implies the acceptance of each and every one of the following conditions:

A) The reservation of the vehicle includes the prepayment of the total rental amount

In the event that the client cancels the requested reservation, the following penalties will be applied to the reservation payment.

• If the cancellation is communicated before 30 days before the start of the rental: 50%.
• If the cancellation is communicated between 15 and 30 days before the start of the rental: 80%.
• If the cancellation is communicated less than 15 days before the start of the rental period: 100 %.

B) The remaining amount of the contracted rental must be paid before departure. A security deposit of 700 € must also be paid by credit card (in case of damage or non-compliance). If the amount of damage or damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the insurance will be notified and the deposit will be forfeited. Otherwise, the amount of the repair will be deducted from the security deposit. The Hirer shall not be entitled to claim any compensation if the vehicle cannot be delivered on the agreed day due to force majeure or fortuitous circumstances.

Force majeure is understood to be a breakdown or accident that cannot be repaired by the date scheduled for delivery of the vehicle.

C) The deposit will be returned on the third (working) day after the end of the rental period. In the event of damage due to misuse, the amount to be paid by the tenant will be determined by means of a detailed note, authorising the landlord to offset this amount against the deposit. In the event of not being able to assess the damage immediately, the lessor will have 30 days to return, if necessary, the remaining amount of the deposit, after deducting the cost of repairing the damage caused.

D) The minimum age to be able to drive the vehicle is 23 years old and a minimum of 2 years of driving licence B.

E) The delivery and return of the vehicle will take place on the date indicated at the beginning of the contract.

F) It is expressly forbidden to use the vehicle for any activity contrary to morals, laws and good customs. It is forbidden to transport more people than the permitted number, to race, to transport goods or objects that are not permitted by law, to transport animals, to smoke inside the vehicle or to cede its use for payment or profit.

G) The lessee shall be liable for any type of sanction or fine imposed for contravening the provisions in force, and shall be equally liable in the event that the vehicle is retained or impounded, at the lessor’s expense and loss of profit for the duration of the vehicle’s unavailability, with the amount of the daily rent being applied for each day it is retained or impounded, according to the model and rate in force for the price of the rental.

H) In the event of a puncture, the cost of repair shall be borne by the lessee.

I) The rented vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered, with its interior clean, the toilet and waste water tanks duly emptied. Otherwise, the Hirer will be responsible for the cleaning costs with the payment of 80 €.

J) To avoid inconveniences with the WC, it is strictly forbidden to use any toilet paper other than the one inside the vehicle.

K) If the lessee wishes to extend the rental period beyond the established dates, he/she must inform the lessor 3 days before the end of the contract. The extension will be subject to the availability of the vehicle that the lessor has at that time, the latter not assuming any prior commitment. Unauthorised delays in delivery or delays due to force majeure will be penalised with a daily rate triple the amount applied to the contract.

L) The vehicle covered by this contract is insured and has an excess of 700€. In the event of a claim/accident during the rental period, the Hirer shall pay this amount from the deposit provided. Civil liabilities arising from events or circumstances not included in the policy will be the sole responsibility of the lessee. Expenses arising from possible punctures shall be borne by the client.

M) Failure of the client to appear at the place and time agreed for the start of the service shall be considered as unilateral termination of the contract and of the reservation by the client, with a penalty of 100% of the contracted rental value. Failure to appear shall entitle the lessor to dispose of the reserved vehicle and the lessee shall not be entitled to any indemnity or compensation whatsoever.

N) The vehicle shall be delivered with a full tank of fuel (diesel) and must be returned in the same condition.

O) The daily mileage limit is 300 km, excess mileage will be charged at 0.30€ per km.
